The Reconciling Ways of Knowing: Indigenous Knowledge and Science Forum (RWoK) is pleased to partner with the Canadian Mountain Network (CMN) to host Why Mountains Matter: Bringing Indigenous Knowledge and Science Together for International Mountain Day, a set of dialogues on the need for a multi-evidence approach to sustaining biological and cultural diversity, in the spirit of this year’s focus for International Mountain Day on biodiversity.
This event will be hosted on Friday, December 11 at 10:00 am – 1:00 pm Pacific / 12:00 – 3:00 pm Central / 2:00 – 5:00 pm Atlantic.
